BUSINESS STRATEGY

"Three Horizontal & One Vertical Routes" Business Strategy

Northern Route Strategy
Rizhao Warehousing Base is taken as a landing warehouse of imports, which are directly transported to Xi’an Warehousing Base through a special train line, radiating to Shandong, northern Jiangsu, Henan, Shanxi and other regions along the way, and then transported from Xi’an to Shaanxi, Gansu, and Ningxia by road transportation. The business strategy of this route aims to optimize downstream customers, cultivate strategic partners, and promote the production of modified asphalt.
Middle Route Strategy
Zhenjiang/Nanjing in Jiangsu Province is taken as the transshipment place, where products are shipped through the golden waterway of the Yangtze River to the middle and upper reaches, radiating to Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, and Sichuan-Chongqing region along the way. The goal is to stabilize a portion of strategic customers, optimize the allocation of warehousing bases, and improve the turnover rate of warehousing bases.
Southern Route Strategy
Designed to develop the Southwest market with Guangxi as the landing point and trains as the transportation mode, this route is underway to accelerate the construction of Qinzhou Warehousing Base to connect the three horizontal routes with Star Energy's "One Vertical Strategic Route”.
One Vertical Route Strategy
Qinzhou is selected as the landing point, where products are transported northward to Guizhou, Chongqing, Chengdu, and even the northwest China through railway. The goal is to select partners, put regional bases into operation, and optimize logistics methods/costs.
